These terms apply when you use www.vitopiapets.com or buy from Pet Utopia (ABN 24 386 542 161), based in New South Wales, Australia ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Our store
Pet Utopia sells pet health, comfort and lifestyle products from trusted Australian brands. Many products are shipped directly from the brand or supplier, not from our own warehouse.

2. Orders
An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Shopify.

4. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. Orders with items from more than one supplier may arrive in separate parcels. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and faulty items are handled under our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Product information and pet health
We take care to describe products accurately, including ingredients and directions supplied by the manufacturer. Colours and packaging may vary slightly.
Supplements and health products are intended to support everyday wellbeing. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always follow the label directions. Check with your vet before use if your pet is pregnant, unwell, on medication or has a known condition, and stop use if you notice a reaction.

7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for orders placed using your account.

8. Website content
All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Pet Utopia or our suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, refunding the price, or paying the cost of replacement. This does not affect any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
